Tai Chi is a martial art recognised for its graceful movements and its positive effect on our health and wellbeing. It is based on ancient Chinese traditions.
Practitioner Diana Forbes will be offering introductory courses on Tuesday evenings during May. A four week course fee will be £30.
Diana teaches the Eighteen Step Form which is useful for everyday practice. The slow sustained movements build us up physically and mentally. No special equipment is required, just comfortable clothing and shoes.
