For manual (rather than on-line) bookings a Form is available at the foot of this web-page. If you choose to use this method of booking, please note that forms must be returned to Steve Franks, Village Hall Manager, Buriton Village Hall, High Street, Buriton, Near Petersfield, Hampshire, GU31 5RX or emailed to buritonvillagehall@gmail.com
Please note that bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.
All hirers agree to abide by the conditions of hire and rules.
Both the full hiring fee plus a separate £100 deposit are required at the time of booking.
A minimum of 8 weeks notice must be given for cancellations otherwise a minimum of £20 or 20% of the value of the booking (whichever is the greater) will be retained.

Insurance
Please also note that the Hall’s insurance policy cover does not embrace a number of activities and such hirers will need to possess their own insurance cover and provide details. The Hall’s policy cover does not include the following: bouncy castles and other inflatable devices; events involving weapons, passenger carrying amusement devices or remote controlled model aircraft; sponsored walks, rides, marathons or similar events; bodily injury to any person taking part in contact sports (including martial arts), jousting competitions, “It’s a Knockout” type competitions, “Donkey Derby” races, go-karting, parachute jumping, paragliding or parascending, bungee jumping or abseiling; business or commercial organisations hiring the hall for an event.
