The popular Tai Chi sessions are set to continue outdoors until the end of September (weather permitting), Thursdays 12-1 pm on the Recreation Ground, and then plan to move inside into the Village Hall from October.
Tai Chi is a slow gentle movement that can create a calmer mental state, focusing inwards on breathing and body movement and away from the distractions of daily life. This focus naturally rebalances minds, relieving stress. It is often referred to as moving meditation.
