Due to the overwhelming response and interest in the calendar for 2014, the organisers have decided to do the same thing for 2015 and want even more people to take photographs for consideration
Scores of Buriton 2014 Calendars are now hanging on walls around the parish - and in the homes of friends and relatives further afield as they proved to be very popular Christmas presents.
Over £500 was raised for two very good local causes and the proceeds from the 2015 calendar will also be shared. As well as supporting the village-to-village link with Dominase it has been decided to donate half the profits to The Royal British Legion this time, in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the commencement of World War I.
The aim is the same as in previous years, to produce a calendar with pictures depicting different aspects of the area: local life, attractive scenes, memorable moments - anything that you think you would like to see hanging on a wall for a month at a time ?
Pictures don't have to be taken this year - so dig out some of your old favourite snaps ?
The closing date for entries is Village Show day: Saturday 16 August
