Buriton's popular annual village show - including flowers, fruit, vegetables, baking and arts & crafts. Entries in the morning - showtime in the afternoon.

The celebrated annual village show featuring classic english village competition for best fruit, flowers, vegetables, baking, jams, arts and crafts. Hall opens from 2pm to view all the entries and for inspection of the prizewinning exhibits.

 

Come and enjoy the hog roast, the beer stand (with soft drinks too of course), the ice creams (including exciting new alcoholic popsicles in Champagne and Bellini flavours!). Petersfield Sweet Shop stall. Afternoon tea and cakes from the Village Hall too. many made by the prizewinning bakers.

 

Stalls run by many village clubs and societies, including *NEW THIS YEAR* a QUIZ by the Buriton Village Association.

 

Tombola (or bottle stall) - try your luck to win a bottle.

Prize Raffle - with exciting prizes.

Pub Tennis Competition - support your local players

 

*NEW THIS YEAR* Ferret Racing, featuring animals saved by the STA rescue organisation (as seen on BBC TV's "The One Show"). See and hold the animals, watch them race.

 

*STOP PRESS - NOT PREVIOUSLY ADVERTISED* Also *NEW THIS YEAR* ET Games will be showing their original fun games Pucket, Rollet and Bridget. Come and compete against the Grandmaster, Dave Harvey from Liss. As seen on BBC TV's '"Dragon's Den"

 

*NEW THIS YEAR* Fancy Dress competition with the theme of Alice in Wonderland. Anyone in fancy dress gets to join in the Mad Hatter's Tea Party. Prizes for the best outfits!

 

*OLD FAVOURITES* Children's Races, the One Lap of the Field Challenge Race (can you beat reigning champion James Harwood?) and of course the egg-tossing competition.
