The unprecedented demand for wool and wheat during the Napoleonic Wars changed our local landscapes for ever.
This talk, part of the ‘Down on Buriton’s Farms’ programme of events, will be delivered by Roger Knight who was Deputy Director of the National Maritime Museum until 2000.
The talk will take place in St Mary's Church, Buriton, whilst it is decorated for harvest Festival.
