As parishioners may already be aware, there is to be a Public Inquiry into Network Rail's application to extinguish part of Footpath 3 across the railway line.
The Inquiry will begin on Tuesday 13 December and is scheduled to last 3 days.
It is open to anyone who has made an objection or representation and anyone else with an interest in the matter to attend the Inquiry which will be held in Buriton Village Hall.
Anyone who has made an objection or representation and anyone who wishes to give evidence at the Inquiry must ensure that their statement of case is received by the Secretary of State by 2nd August.
