Planning application for change of use of Maple Inn with two new dwellings

The Parish Council has learnt that a planning application has been submitted to change the use of the Maple Inn into a Bed & Breakfast establishment with the construction of two new detached dwellings in the current garden and car park. There are a number of opportunities to have your say.

The Parish Council will be considering this planning application as an early item on its agenda at its meeting on Monday 29th September (7pm) and deciding what to say to the Planning Authority. This matter will be discussed as an early item on the Agenda, in the upper part of the village hall on Monday 29th.

Members of the public wishing the Parish Council to take their views into account may wish to attend that Parish Council meeting as well as making their own submissions to the Planning Authority.
