A part-time Village Hall Manager is required to oversee the day-to-day running of Buriton's popular village hall.

Buriton Parish Council would welcome comments from parishioners about East Hampshire District Council's proposals to sell the pieces of land that it owns at each end of Glebe Road / Sumner Road to a developer.

First-time author Heather Lacey explains that her book "is full of 'stuff' about the people and the places, the history, the landscape, work and leisure, that the usual guides don't tell you about."

During the Christmas and New Year period, revised dates will be in place for EHDC waste and recycling collections.
