Scores of people have already bought beef from Bolinge Hill Farm - and, as anyone who has tried it will testify, the texture and flavours are fantastic. Supplies were 'sold out' before Christmas but there are now just a few orders to fill in January and February. After that we all have to wait until December again!
Susan Shone arranges for extra 'hanging' time at a local abattoir which enhances the flavours even more.

- All the beef comes fresh, butchered into portions and, vacuum packed and labelled - ready for freezing.
- Susan offers 'half boxes' at £45 and 'full boxes' at £90. Many people arrange to share with neighbours, family or friends.
- After you have ordered, Susan confirms your 'collection' date (due to be Tuesday 8th January and Tuesday 19th February) so that you can collect and pay at the farm on that day?
Boxes and half-boxes contain combinations of joints and steaks with packs of braising steak, diced beef and mince. Susan can provide full details.
